CMI is to Implement Copymart
Copymart Institute (CMI) is a specified nonprofit organization, certified by the Cabinet Office of the Japanese government in February 2003.
CMI is:
to solve various problems in the information society on the basis of the Copymart concept;
to create a transaction market dealing with intellectual properties;
to enhance the public awareness of legal issues related to intellectual property through symposiums, publications and so on;
to pursue a series of research projects on Copymart applications and IP transactions, to encourage related study and research, education and practical training, and exchanges with other related research institutions;
CMI makes it possible to support the creation of an infrastructure for the information society.
